Improved usability and visibility across nearly 550 websites
The introduction of the Civica Saffron food management program has helped Lancashire County Council (LCC) identify and manage education, promote productivity, and increase visibility in culinary schools.
The paper system excludes all aspects of food management in an ideal environment for scrutiny, with individual reports for better Saffron performance monitoring and faster response times. It helped modify jobs on approximately 550 websites, removed document operation, and adhered to basic guidelines.
Overcome problems
Responsible for delivering nearly 65,000 meals a day to 492 elementary schools, 29 middle schools, and 23 nursing homes, the LCC articulates the importance of the foodservice department by introducing care health. Good health, well -being and well-being of children and youth.
