ABSTRACT
Government 3.0 is the new model of public service in Korea. The previous administration (2013-2017) committed itself to transform public sector transformation through government 3.0 into a pilot project that reflected transparent, informed, and focused government. The document, which compares government 3.0 models as the core model in government 2.0 and different countries, discusses what the problems are and how the government can overcome them. There are problems. Government 3.0 seems to legislate a lot of software packages. A book is a way of marking a foundation, not a medicine. This is an attempt to send ordinary text messages to civil servants. Thorough information management can lead to similar results in the work of other civil servants and instability in the creation and organization of information. Because this law is different and distinct from political and political parties, interpretation may take a long time after the end of the presidency.
INTRODUCTION

As for state efforts, there are many publications, but only a small portion of educational research can be read by the public. This article will explore in-depth the concerned heritage of globalization and how the global community can learn from Korean literature.
